When will my order ship?

Most orders, including custom and engraving items, will ship within 3-5 business days. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please contact us at info@sterlingknot.com so we can give you a better quote on delivery times. 



How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We have outlined some approximate shipping times. Please use this as approximations. Your tracking number will be a more accurate estimation of your order's arrival. Unless otherwise noted or requested, all of our orders ship USPS First Class/International.

U.S. East Coast - 1-3 days
U.S. West Coast - 3-5 days
Hawaii/Alaska - up to 1 week
Europe - up to 2 weeks
Asia - up to 3 weeks
Australia - up to 3 weeks
Elsewhere - 3-4 weeks

 

What types of payment forms do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards as well as Paypal.



Do you gift wrap?

We believe strongly in reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible, therefore, we try to reduce as much packaging as possible. If you are gifting items, please be sure to let us know in the comments of your order that you would like individual products in your order to be gift wrapped. Otherwise, we will package your order in one of our signature teal logo boxes.



What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. These items are made to order specifically for you. Sale items are also not eligible for return. Please contact us before making a return.



How do I care for my jewelry?

In order to care for your sterling silver products, avoid water and soap/lotions/perfumes when possible. To clean your jewelry, you can use a jewelry cleaning cloth or a liquid silver cleaner. Alternatively, you can take your jewels to your local jeweler for a good cleaning. We also recommend storing your jewelry in an airtight bag when not in use.

 

What is my monogram? 
We created a page specifically to address all of your monogram questions. If you don't know how your name would translate into a monogram, head over to our Monogram Etiquette page to see our guidelines. 



Can I purchase an item without a monogram? 
Yes, you can purchase an item without a monogram. If you do not want a monogram, please enter "XXX" in the monogram box. This will let us know that you do not want a monogram.



Can you do symbols or special logos? 
Currently, we are unable to do logos or special designs. We are able to do the following: Greek letters, heart symbol, and hashtags.
